Services
We develop a control estimate as a basis for budget cost reports
and financial reporting. The project manager prepares a baseline
budget from the control estimate. Cost reports and forecasts are
developed on a weekly and/or monthly basis. We also analyze project
costs, review trends, and take action to maintain the budget. We
develop a project plan defining tasks to be done and the manner
and sequence in which they are to be executed. Schedules provide
the basis for controlling and monitoring resources in all project
phases. In addition to an overall master schedule, schedules are
prepared in various levels of detail.
